Refund Process:

  • Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error, such as receiving the wrong or defective product.

Replacement Policy:

  • In case of a defective or damaged product, customers can request a replacement. Replacement products will be shipped after verification.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may delay deliveries, and the company is not responsible for lost or undelivered products due to errors in the shipping information.
